All our schools have a fully inclusive admissions policy designed to enable children who live locally to attend our schools for both their primary and their secondary education. All our schools are non-selective and all applications are considered. If the school is oversubscribed, applications are considered against the criteria set out in the school’s Admissions Policy.
Applications for admission to Reception and Year 7 classes are managed by Westminster City Council (our four Pimlico schools) or Hammersmith and Fulham Council (Phoenix Academy). The councils recommend using the online pan-London application process. Applications open at the beginning of September for entry to Reception and Year 7 for the following September.
Applications for admission to other year groups are made directly to the school. Please contact the relevant School Office.

year 6 transition
For parents of pupils in Year 6 preparing for transition to secondary school, the Trust offers a wide variety of events. These include open mornings and open evenings early in the academic year for potential secondary school students. Later in the year, Year 6 pupils and their parents meet members of the SLT. In their first term at our secondary academies, the school holds a welcome event. In the 2015-16 academic year, Pimlico Academy ran six coffee mornings in the autumn term for Year 7 parents. At these meetings, new parents had the chance to meet members of the SLT as well as middle leaders, such as the Heads of Year working with their children.
