The Grange Academy

Robert Fenton

Since September 2017 I have been the Executive Head Teacher of two large primary schools in the London Borough of Brent that have now federated. Prior to this role I have had two Headships in the North of England and whilst Head Teacher of Wembley Primary School, I was the Centre Manager for its Children’s Centre. I volunteered for the role of governor at The Grange Academy because I live near the school; and as well as feeling I could offer my experience and skills in the leadership and management of schools, I was keen to learn how a high school approaches strategic developments in improving outcomes for its pupils.
